Smart Guy Tax & Financial began as a boutique practice serving the many kinds of clients that make Silicon Valley what it is — tech employees with complex equity comp, small business owners running the show, and families managing everyday financial life.
Our founder built this firm to be the opposite of the impersonal, high-volume shops most people know. We keep our client list small on purpose. Every return, every closing, and every notarization goes through senior hands.
